These terms and conditions set out the basis on which we may accept an order from you for any of our products, and the basis on which you may visit and use the Fetch Sit Stay Limited website. Please read these terms and conditions very carefully, because they contain important information for our customers and for visitors to our website.
Accuracy of content
Fetch Sit Stay has taken care in the preparation of the content of this website. In particular we have tried to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and that all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the products or their prices as advertised on this website. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made an effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. The Company's prices and bases of ordering, and these terms and conditions, are subject to change, at any time without notice. We may also alter or withdraw any product - at any time without notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Fetch Sit Stay shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Availability, fulfilment and partial fulfilment
All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the products you have ordered are not available. An order comprising several products may at our sole option be fulfilled in instalments, or fulfilled only partially. If we opt to fulfil an order partially, we will refund you moneys received by us from you for any product(s) not comprised in a partially fulfilled order.
Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you make the final confirmatory submission click in the final stage of our ordering process.
Delivery charges and taxes
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and cannot be refunded. All prices are displayed inclusive of United Kingdom VAT. All other taxes or duties payable on delivery (for example, import duties) shall be payable by you.
Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and/or to confirm details of despatch. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we despatch, and will be subject to the despatch of, the product(s) ordered. We may choose to decline or not to accept your order at any time and for any reason prior to despatch of the product(s) ordered and without liability to you. We shall be under no obligation to give you any reason for so doing, and you will have no recourse to or rights against us in any event.
Delivery
We will select the carrier we consider appropriate to deliver the product(s) you order from us. Accordingly, individual products in your order may arrive at different times and/or through different carriers.
Delays
Occasionally, the delivery, manufacture or availability to us of products in your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher (or lower) than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make an effort to keep you informed if there are delays.
Checking your order immediately on receipt
You agree immediately on your receipt of any ordered product to unpack and thoroughly inspect it - and, additionally, to notify us in writing within seven days of any defect or shortcoming. If you fail to so notify us, you will be deemed to have accepted such product in good and satisfactory condition, and you will have no further recourse against us. Cancellation right
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the product(s) if you have ordered online or by phone. Where products are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the products you ordered. In either of these circumstances, the relevant products must be (a) unused, undamaged and in their original packaging and (b) returned at your cost by post to us at PO Box 363, Harpenden AL5 2ZN, United Kingdom. Please note that we will not refund (a) products returned to a different address or in a different manner from that specified, (b) delivery and gift wrap service charges and gift vouchers or credits, (c) products bought otherwise than online or by phone and (d) (in the interest of hygiene) toiletries, cosmetics and any bedding, duvet or pillow products once opened, unless such toiletries, cosmetics, duvet or pillow products are faulty.
Gift messages
The gift message service (where provided) is for your own personal and non-commercial use. You agree that any messages posted by you or sent by us on your behalf to a third party will not contain anything which could be construed as harassing, threatening, vulgar, abusive, obscene, defamatory, racist or which may cause embarrassment or distress to any person or are otherwise unlawful or objectionable. You also agree that you will not impersonate any person, including but not limited to any of our employees or customers. You are entirely responsible for any text or other material which you post on or send to this message system. Accordingly, Fetch Sit Stay accepts no liability for any such content. We do not pre-screen messages, but we may monitor content from time to time. We have the right to refuse to send or display messages and to terminate access to the gift message service at any time and without liability to you. We shall be under no obligation to give you any reason for so doing, and you will have no recourse to or rights against us in any event.
Damage to your computer
The Company makes endeavours to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and to screen out anything that may damage it. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
